Introduction

At PassEduAI, we want every payment to be clear, secure, and transparent. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled, when refunds may be available, and the circumstances where refunds may not be granted.

This policy applies to payments made directly through PassEduAI for subscriptions and other paid digital services.

By making a payment through PassEduAI, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Paid Services

PassEduAI provides both free and paid learning services. Paid features are available through subscription plans and other digital services offered on the platform.

Before completing your payment, please review your selected plan, pricing, and billing period carefully.

Because PassEduAI provides digital services, payments generally become non-refundable once a subscription has been activated or the purchased service has been accessed.

2. Refund Requests

Every refund request is reviewed individually. A refund may be approved where:

  • duplicate payments were made for the same subscription because of a verified billing or processing error;
  • an incorrect amount was charged because of a PassEduAI billing error;
  • payment was successfully completed but the subscription was not activated because of a verified technical issue;
  • a paid service could not be delivered because of a system failure on our platform; or
  • another exceptional circumstance exists that PassEduAI reasonably considers appropriate for a refund.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Normally Available

Refunds are generally not available where:

  • you change your mind after completing payment;
  • you purchased the wrong subscription or selected the wrong plan;
  • you no longer wish to use the platform;
  • you do not use your subscription during its active period;
  • your examination date changes or is cancelled by an examination body or educational institution;
  • your account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Use;
  • the purchased digital service has already been substantially accessed or used; or
  • the purchase was made during a promotional campaign or discounted offer, unless required by law or where a verified billing error occurred.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments that have already been made.

Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.

5. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If a payment fails, is interrupted, or cannot be verified, your subscription will not be activated until payment has been successfully confirmed.

If payment has been deducted from your account but your subscription has not been activated, please contact our support team with your transaction reference so we can investigate the issue.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact PassEduAI before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider.

Many payment issues can be resolved more quickly after we verify the transaction details.

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • The email address linked to your PassEduAI account
  • Your payment reference or transaction ID
  • The payment date
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two (2) business days. Additional information may be requested where necessary before a decision is made.

8. Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction where possible.

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

PassEduAI is not responsible for delays that occur after an approved refund has been submitted to the payment provider.

9. Fraud and Misuse

PassEduAI may decline a refund request where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • fraudulent activity;
  • abuse of this Refund Policy;
  • unauthorized chargeback attempts;
  • false or misleading refund claims; or
  • violations of our Terms of Use.

Where necessary, accounts involved in fraudulent activity may also be suspended or permanently restricted.

10. Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed before payment is completed.

Where applicable, taxes or other charges will be shown during checkout.

PassEduAI may update its pricing from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply only to future purchases and will not affect subscriptions that have already been paid for.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, payment processes, or legal requirements.
