Educational institutions remain responsible for managing their users, controlling access to institutional accounts, and ensuring that information submitted to PassEduAI is accurate.
Authorized school administrators may access assessment records, learning progress, and academic reports necessary to manage educational activities within their institution.
Some features of PassEduAI require a paid subscription. Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers, including Paystack.

Users retain ownership of content they upload to PassEduAI, such as profile pictures, study responses, and feedback documents.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding PassEduAI, you agree that we may use those suggestions without restriction or compensation to you.
All learning materials, AI-generated questions, explanations, graphics, software, branding, logos, platform design, and other platform content remain the intellectual property of PassEduAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the platform only for your personal or authorized educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

PassEduAI provides learning and assessment support. Admission decisions and examination outcomes remain the responsibility of the relevant examination bodies and educational institutions.
While we strive to provide accurate educational content and reliable AI-assisted learning support, we do not guarantee admission into any institution, examination success, specific academic outcomes, or that all AI-generated content will always be free from errors. Users remain responsible for their learning decisions and examination preparation.
To the extent permitted by law, PassEduAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your use of PassEduAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using PassEduAI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Where significant changes are made, we will notify users through the platform or by email where appropriate.
Your continued use of PassEduAI after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
